PAID TIME OFF (VACATION / SICK LEAVE)

Employees that have been with Synrad from 0 - 5 years receive 16 days of paid time off. Employees that have been with Synrad from 5 - 10 years receive 21 days of paid time off. Employees that have been with Synrad for more than 10 years of employment receive 26 days of paid time off.

HOLIDAYS

Employees are eligible for holiday pay immediately upon hire.

GSI Technology, Inc., will make a company matching contribution of 50% of the first 6% of compensation deferred.  100% Vesting immediately.
