Synrad provides very competitive insurance benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability and accidental death & dismemberment benefits.

Employees with less than five years of employment accrue two weeks per year. After five years of employment, the accrual rate increases to three weeks per year. Unused hours carry from year to year.

Full-time employees accrue six days of paid personal/sick leave during each calendar year. Unused hours carry from year to year.

Employees are eligible for holiday pay immediately upon hire. 8 scheduled holidays are:

Excel Technology, Inc., will make a company matching contribution of 50% of the first 6% of compensation deferred. 100% Vesting immediately.

REFERRAL BONUS

Synrad will award a $500.00 bonus to any current employee that refers a candidate who is subsequently hired and successfully completes six months of direct employment.
