| With its long cavity length providing the industries benchmark power and wavelength stability specifications, and construction rugged enough to be mounted on robot arms or on moving gantry systems, the 240 watt evolution 240 is ideal for large area cutting systems or high-speed production lines. |
The evolution 240’s Duo-Lase® configuration produces a randomly polarized beam, making it ideal for complex cutting applications when kerf control is a critical issue. In material processing, where HAZ (heat-affected zone) issues can be important, the evolution 240’s random polarization can increase speed while minimizing detrimental heat effects.
The evolution 240 is available in either key switch or OEM versions. For applications such as “Kiss Cutting” Multilayer material, wafer processing, and thin film welding, the evolution series lasers are the logical choice.
