International Sales Managers Provide Local Support to Synrad's Customers

Synrad sales and technical support is always close at hand. In addition to a vast network of worldwide distributors, Synrad has direct sales offices in the US, Germany, and Italy.

Many of our international customers are already familiar with our experienced and customer-focused sales managers. Whether working directly with the customer, or closely with a distributor, their goal is to provide the best possible support to Synrad's customers.

Christian Dini, European Business Development Manager

With over 20 years in the laser business, Synrad's European Business Development Manager, Christian Dini, has been selling Synrad products for more than 14 of them. Christian has an Engineering degree and moved into technical sales very early in his career. Currently, he manages Synrad's European distribution network (with the exception of the countries covered by Synrad Europe, see below), and works closely with our OEM customers in Europe. Based in northern Germany, Christian travels throughout Europe to stay close to Synrad's extensive European customer base.

Edward Shen, International Sales Manager - Asia

Ed Shen works out of Synrad's headquarters in Mukilteo, WA, USA. As Synrad's International Sales Manager for Asia the past 5+ years, Ed works closely with Synrad's distributors and OEMs in China, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore, assisting customers with product selection, pricing, delivery, after-sales service, and market feedback for product development. Ed holds a degree in East Asian studies from Columbia University, and lived and worked in China for 4 years in the 1980s. His background includes selling test & measurement devices, and factory automation equipment.

Hans Meier, Business Unit Manager, Synrad Europe (Planegg, Germany)

Hans Meier has been in the laser industry since 1995, as Business Unit Manager for Excel Technology GmbH (Division Synrad Europe) since 2001. Hans holds a degree in Business Economics, and manages our Synrad Europe location, which covers sales and service in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Located outside of Munich, in Planegg, Germany, Synrad Europe has an on-site Applications Facility and maintains its own stock of Synrad products for fast delivery.

Lino Grisoni, Office & Sales Manager, Synrad Europe (Italy)

Lino Grisoni manages the Excel Technology Italy office, based in Muggiò (just north of Milan, Italy). With a degree in Nuclear Engineering, Lino has been working with lasers for 30 years, with Synrad since 2003. Excel Technology Italy provides sales and local technical support to Synrad's customers in Italy.
