Cut conditions were 23W, 1.8"/s, 200mm lens

The as-received cell-phone keypad required the individual keys to be de-gated. The cutting was achieved using the Digital Marking Head. The oval cutting shapes were creating and nested in WinMark Pro™. Careful positioning enabled total de-gating of the phone keypad in 13.3 seconds. The cuts were clean, with no significant burring or discoloration to the material.
