The 0.02" synthetic fabric provided clean cuts with sealed edges at a speed of 290 inches per minute using 20W and 3 psi air assist.  

   Unlike traditional blade or knife cutting methods which leave frayed edges,  fabric edges are sealed when cut with CO₂ lasers.

Sealed edges are produced on fabric when cutting with Synrad CO₂ laser.
