The permanent marks on the left containers were created using our 25W laser, FH marking head, and 125mm lens. The contrasting alphanumeric code, on the anodized aluminum lid, was marked using 25W of power at a speed of 35 inches per second. The PVC tube was marked using 10W, also at a speed of 35 inches per second.
The laser created lightly contrasting marks on the gray anodized aluminum lid, excellent for subtle product names and logos! The marks on the PVC material are perfect for serial coding and date identification!
