We created clean cuts with sealed edges on the mesh using 55W at a speed of 432 inches per minute, and a spot size of 0.004.  In this particular example, we used our new Firestar Series f100 laser with the UC-2000 controller, and 3psi air assist gas.  

Synrad CO₂ lasers produce smooth edges when cutting plastic mesh.
