How much power do you really need?
See Synrad lasers in action!

These small food containers, produced in continuous rows and columns, required separation into individual units. They were cut apart with a marking head and 100 watt laser. The length of the tray is longer than the field size of the marking head, but this potential problem may be solved either by using two heads, or a feed system.  The required automation control is achieved with digital I/O features within WinMark Pro® laser marking software.

0.03”-thick plastic cut with a 100W laser at 15”/s.
