Synrad CO2 Lasers

The all-new staff at the Italian office of Excel Technology Europe looks forward to providing sales and service support to all of our Italian customers. Located in Monza (Milan), the 130 sq.m. office also features a small lab equipped for repair work.
Ing. Lino Grisoni, Sales and Office Manager, has a degree in Nuclear Engineering and 25 years experience in industrial laser technology for material processing.
He has worked extensively with various applications (cutting, welding, marking, drilling, etc) and with different lasers (CO2, Nd-YAG, Excimer). His past experience also includes laser research centres (RTM, CISE), automotive industry (ALFA ROMEO), laser distributors (LASER OPTRONIC), an international laser company (LUMONICS) and an Italian laser system manufacturer (ADIGE SALA).

Fabio Bianchi, Sales Manager, has been working with industrial lasers since 1984. With a long background in service and customer support, he has a strong “customer oriented” approach
As Southern Europe Service Manager for an international network, he worked with both CO2 and Nd-YAG lasers. He also has over 5 years experience selling spare parts to Italian customers - both big (FIAT AVIO; MAGNETI MARELLI; ST MICROELECTRONICS) and medium/small hi- tech companies. He looks forward to continuing this success in the sales arena.

Santino Ferramosca, Service Engineer, brings 13 years experience servicing lasers both for medical, scientific and industrial applications. His technical knowledge on different lasers (CO2, Nd-YAG, Excimer, Holmium, Argon, Kripton, Dye..), is kept up-to-date by attending frequent specialized training sessions.
He has experience solving laser problems on production lines in very demanding environments (electronics and bottling industries) - and, he brings experience working on an international team (European Service Network).

Roberta Blancato, Commercial Secretary, brings continuity to the office, as the staff member with the longest length of service to Excel (since March 2002).
She has previous experience with an American company in the medical system business, where her responsibilities included order processing, support to service engineers and customer interface. In addition to providing excellent support to our customers, she is also supporting sales in its effort to develop new business.

Anna Caneva, Administration & Accounting Secretary, has almost 20 years experience keeping the “numbers right” in different companies - from an Italian distribution company to the Italian branch of an international laser company.
Her skills keep the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly. She is a reliable reference point in the office for all non-commercial issues.
